Mango Salsa

A quick and easy mango salsa that compliments seafood and pork.  Very refreshing over spicy seafood or roasted pork.

  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, diced (seeded and ribs removed)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • pepper to taste


  1. Mix everything in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
