White Bean Dip

An e-a-s-y white bean dip that can be made from pantry items and has a bright, fresh taste! Serve with some pita chips, naan bread or crudités. Perfect for any gathering or party.

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed Cannellini, Small White Bean, Navy Bean or Great Northern Bean
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and whole
  • ¼-⅓ cup olive oil plus a little extra to drizzle on top
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, leaves only
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 finger pinch of Kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times until you have a semi-coarse mixture. Taste and reseason.

  2. Transfer to a pretty serving bowl and serve with pita chips, naan bread or crudités.
