Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a sauce pot, stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. As the cranberries pop, press them against the side of the pot as they cook.

  2. Taste. If the cranberries are too tart, add an extra teaspoon of sugar at a time until it's your desired sweetness. If they are just right, remove from heat and allow to cool at room temperature.

  3. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 10 days, if properly stored.
