When cousin Rose arrived at Downton, she brought a much needed refreshing and lively spirit. She was bubbly and bright! So this non-alcoholic beverage is named in her honor. This is a dainty and refreshing drink with bright notes to compliment my afternoon tea party or any brunch, birthday party or shower. The combination of strawberries, rosewater and mint make this the perfect refreshing drink with a floral fragrance.
