This is a quick and easy recipe that’s light and refreshing. I love to serve it with seafood and roasted pork – think luau. Basically, tropical fruits are refreshing and add a certain brightness that’s different from the creamy guacamole. This Mango Salsa is perfect topping for mini shrimp street tacos.
Chop all the ingredients and place them in a mixing bowl. Add lime and lemon juices, salt and pepper and combine. Refrigerate until use.
Note: Swap out and try different ingredients. This recipe is very forgiving. Use tomatoes, cucumbers, regular onions or scallions. Don’t have jalapenos, a few dashes of hot sauce will do the trick.
